We hope you love our products here at Hedgerow. However if you would like a refund you can claim within 30 days of purchase of your product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only fully priced items may be refunded as sale items do not qualify for refund.
Returned items must be unused and in its original packaging. Any postage costs in returning items to us must be paid by you and will not be reimbursed unless the reason for return is our fault (i.e arrives damaged or wrong item sent). Please consider using a trackable shipping service to return items worth over £50.
Please note we do not accept exchanges unless an item arrives faulty. If you wish to exchange one item for another please request a refund of your previously purchased product, then purchase the product you wish to have instead through the online store.
We take great care to carefully package and check your products before they are sent to you. However, if they arrive damaged or faulty please contact us right away. Please send any faulty or damaged items back to us using the same postage method sent to you. Once your item has been received by us a new one will be sent out and your postage costs will be reimbursed up to the amount used to first send the items to you.
Please allow time for your refund to be processed. Once your returned item has been received an email will be sent to notify you. The credit will then be automatically applied to your method of payment within 10 working days. If you have not received back your refund after this time please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to show. After this, if you have still received no refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
